Reader Opinion: Still blessed?

So you say a woman has the right to determine and make decisions as to her own body. She can determine what is best.

So you believe that guns are the problems. Too many deaths, hate and violence.

So you blame others, God, immigrants, Government, the president, and it continues.

So you say that you have the answers. What, Where, Who are they?

The world today, I see hate, disrespect, greed, gluttony, sadness, no trust, and no God.

When I look again I see a complete disruption and no support for families, loyalty and trust therein.

So you say it's okay to be whatever you want and please.

So you say do not harm others, offend them, oppress them, do not impose your beliefs on others.

So let's just get rid of all laws, rules, and discipline. Let the people do as they wish.

Oh wait that is going on already. We are close to Anarchy: a state of disorder due to absence or nonrecognition of authority.

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

Yet we the people every day undermine this statement and move further and further from the Blessings and posterity. Our general Welfare is poorer, there are fewer families. There are single parents, same sex parents, and more and more foster parents.

God's plan has always been a good plan. When the nation as a whole trusted God it was a more perfect union, with justice and domestic tranquility.
