If property rights-sensitive citizens of Georgia can stop an oil pipeline, why can't property rights-sensitive and environmentally sensitive citizens of Minnesota stop the Enbridge Sandpiper oil pipeline, especially through the Pine River Watershed? Maybe it's time for our state senators and representatives to hear more loudly how we feel about an oil pipeline seizing our property for Enbridge private profit and risking ruin to our clean water.
