Beyond a doubt, Charles Black Lance is the most qualified person running for the Brainerd School Board. While working with Charles at Central Lakes College, he always demonstrated integrity, honesty, fairness, and thoughtfulness. Charles will use those qualities to create a stability between academics and extracurricular activities. As an elementary P.E. and Art teacher in Florida, I would love to have Charles running for our school board. Charles is someone you can trust, at all times, to do what's best for your students and the community.
