Protecting clean water for generations to come must trump adding pipelines for oil transport through northern Minnesota. Spillage will happen. An Environmental Impact Statement must be completed before the pipeline is laid. The Minnesota Court of Appeals has agreed. The PUC and Department of Commerce need to head that ruling. Will they?
