Now that the road work is done on Excelsior Road, I notice two things missing.
First are the bike lanes. There are signs of a bike trail on Jackson Street but no lanes on Excelsior Road.
The second is a bridge. How in the world are people going to cross Excelsior at Conservation Drive? We had to have a million dollar bridge at the Paul Bunyan Trail, why not at Conservation Drive? Or are the people that use the Conservation Drive crossing more expendable than the trail users?
