After reading the (Nov. 1) article about Heartwood Senior Living Community memory care it was so upsetting to me as my husband has been at the Heartwood Hallett Cottages memory care for over a year. His care has been absolutely the best no problems at all. Staff is so kind and loving. This has to be an isolated case and there has to be something more to it. Hallett cottages is part of Heartwood's memory care. They do not deserve this kind of negative reporting when they are such a wonderful facility. I am there almost daily and see nothing but professional treatment to their patients.
