The Centers for Disease Control estimated that 45 million Americans were uninsured in 2013. They estimate that, today, 30 million remain uninsured. Now that we are into the "open enrollment" period, the Obama administration is worried - we're far below their predictions.
But wait, there's hope. HHS (Health and Human Services) department Is preparing to spend $35 million on advertising to encourage the uninsured to "sign up."
This Obama Care thing is really working well.
