On behalf of the teachers and staff in each of our elementary schools who are already thinking about and planning for next fall, we invite members of the class of 2030 and their families to join us for Kindergarten Round Up from 5-6:30 p.m., Thursday, March 23, at Baxter, Garfield, Harrison, Lowell, Nisswa, and Riverside elementary schools.

Kindergarten Round Up is an important rite of passage for each student. It is an opportunity to check out the school building, meet the teachers, see the classrooms, climb on a school bus, talk with the school nurse, test out the playground equipment, and have a cookie.

Is your kindergartner-to-be not yet registered for school in the fall? Join us at Round Up and we will get you the paperwork! Are you considering open enrollment for your child?

Come check us out! Do you and your future Brainerd Warrior have questions about school? Ask us anything! Are you wondering what your child should know how to do before his or her first day of school? We have information to share! If you are unsure of which school your child will attend, check our website at www.isd181.org . Find our Transportation Department under the Services tab and click on the link for the school boundary map. You can also call the Welcome Center at 218-454-6900 with any questions.

We hope to see every child in this community who is coming to kindergarten next fall at Kindergarten Round Up on March 23 to kickoff what we are confident will be a successful elementary school career.
