The Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office responded to the crash, reported at 12:47 a.m. Sunday, July 17, in Mission Township, south of Crosslake.
The Mission Fire Department responded to the call, reported at 6:18 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, in Mission Township, east of Breezy Point.
Called the Summer Starter, the parade will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 11, on Mission Park Drive.
An administrative law judge opined that state law did not grant the enforcement division the authority to suspend Mission Tavern’s liquor license over its executive order violations, despite there being no question they intentionally defied the orders.

Representatives of the developer, meanwhile, argued the final version of the project fell neatly within county ordinance without requiring conditional use permits or variances. In some cases, the project goes above and beyond requirements, they noted.
