For the past 45 years the children, the grandchildren, the great-grandchildren and the great-great-grandchildren of the late Vernon and Beverly Leibold of Brainerd have come together every Wednesday afternoon to spend quality time with family.
The cool water at Whipple Beach Park in Baxter is a relief for families who want to experience a sugar sand beach as well as clean water.
The altercation escalated into numerous people and involved weapons and the fight was regarding a social media post, police reported.
