Clay Target: Patriots, Huskies enjoy successful Week 4s

Dane Boozell was the top boy and Avery Larson and Maddie Pettit were the top girls for the Pequot Lakes Patriots during Week Four of the clay target league.

Boozell hit 49-of-50 targets, while Larson and Pettit hit 46 of 50 targets.

Boozell, Jaden Bray, Dalton Ebnet and Bryce Fabian went 25-for-25.

The Pillager Huskies remain in the No. 1 spot for Conference 5-3A. Harley Cummert leads the conference is No. 63 state wide.

Pillager's Ben Oie, Andy Grell, Jacob Dobson, Dillon Cordes, Dawson Sprau, Ethan Olson and Eddie Volkl are all in the top 25 for the conference.

All four of Pillager's girls are in the top 25 for the conference with Sadie Tryggaseth leading the way with a 22.38 average. Anna Pugh is fourth followed by Allie Tryggaseth and Gwen Brown.

The fifth and final week of the regular season is this week.
