Blake Schibonski of Brainerd landed a spot on the Fleet Farm Top Gun All-State Team as he posted a total score 99 to place second behind New Prague's Woodrow Glazer in the Minnesota State High School League's Clay Target state championship Friday, June 21.

Fletcher DeRosier tied for ninth. Brock Schibonski tied for 15th and Parker Roscoe tied for 52nd for Brainerd.

Wadena-Deer Creek's Lleyton Pettit and Jack Benson of Staples-Motley tied for 77th with Tyler Fleischhacker of Brainerd.

Carson Kern of W-DC tied with Pillager's Harley Gummert for 96th.

Blake Schibonski was 49-of-50 in his first session and then posted a perfect 50 during his second session. He had a reverse run of 78 to land him in second. He was just one of seven shooters to land in the 75-straight club.

DeRosier scored a 99 out of 100 as well, but had a reverse run of 15. Brock Schibonski scored a 98 out of 100.

During the team tournament Friday, June 21, Brainerd placed 40th.

New Prague won the state title with 484 team points. Alexandria was second and Lakeville South placed third.

Parker Roscoe posted 94 team points. He was followed by Schibonski and Tyler Fleischacker with 93 points each. Fletcher DeRosier posted 84 points and Dilon Rick scored 82 points.
