MINNEAPOLIS-Lakeville North built a 15-point halftime lead and didn't let the advantage slip in a 49-32 victory over Andover in the final quarterfinal of the Class 4A quarterfinal at Target Center.

Senior guard Temi Carda scored 12 of her 19 points in the first half to help pave the way for the No. 3-seeded Panthers (28-2), who advance to the big-school semifinals on Thursday against Elk River.

Senior guard Caitlyn Peterson chipped in nine points and a team-best 10 rebounds.

Senior guard Jolene Daninger had 12 points for the Huskies (20-10), who led just once, early in the first half.

Elk River 52, White Bear Lake 44

MINNEAPOLIS-Elk River, the No. 2 seed in Class 4A, used an 8-2 run over the final minutes to record a 52-44 victory over White Bear Lake in the quarterfinals Tuesday at Target Center.

Senior guard Ava Kramer and senior guard Kelsie Cox each had four points in the spree that sends the Elks (30-0) into the semifinals Thursday night at Williams Arena.

Senior guard Gabi Haack led the Elks with 14 points while Kramer and senior forward Sydney Wentland added 13 each.

Senior guard Alexa Molin had 11 points for White Bear Lake (20-10), which held a 23-22 lead at the half.

Eastview 75, Park Center 65 (ot)

MINNEAPOLIS-Sophomore guard Macy Guebert hit a 3-pointer and followed with another basket to help fuel a 17-7 run in the extra session that led Eastview to a 75-65 overtime victory over Park Center in the Class 4A quarterfinals Tuesday at Target Center.

Junior forward Megan Walstad led the Lightning (24-6) with 24 points. Senior guard Rachel Ranke added 21.

Senior center Mikayla Hayes scored 19 of her 23 points in the second half for Park Center (24-6). Senior guard Ann Simonet had 21 points, including 9 of 11 from the free throw line.

Hopkins 76, Minnetonka 57

MINNEAPOLIS-Freshman point guard Paige Bueckers scored 19 of her 31 points in the first half to send top-ranked Hopkins to a 76-57 victory over Minnetonka in the Class 4A quarterfinals Tuesday at Target Center.

Bueckers was 7 of 10 from the field in the first half spurring the Royals (30-0) to a 44-25 advantage at the break. She continued her dominance in the second half, finishing 12 of 17 from the field with five rebounds, five assists and a block.

Sophomore guard Dlayla Chakolis added 13 points to help send the Royals to the big-school semifinals for the third consecutive season.

Junior guard Megan Walker scored 16 points for Minnetonka (17-11).
