EAST GULL LAKE — Cal Madison and Emma Hiebert were named Most Valuable Skiers for the Brainerd Warriors Alpine ski teams Thursday, Feb. 27, at the season-ending banquet at Cragun’s Resort.
Peter Breitbach and Hannah Taylor were named the junior varsity Skiers of the Year.
Lauren Kalenberg was crowned the Most Improved for the girls’ team. Sean Baumann earned the same honor for the boys’ team.
The Grant Madison Award for Excellence in Team went to Micah Wood.
Next year’s captains will be Anthony Elsenpeter and Brandon Neifert for the boys. Erin Hoelzel and Alli Krantz will serve as captains for the girls’ team.
