LAKE SHORE — Lauren Kalenberg and Brandon Neifert were individual winners for the Brainerd Warriors who easily outpointed Lakes Area in both the girls and boys events at Mount Ski Gull Friday, Feb. 26.
Kalenberg turned in the fastest times for the girls on both runs and finished with a combined time of 48.45. Erin Hoelzel was second followed by Alli Krantz in third and Hannah Taylor, fourth. The Warrior girls clocked the 10 fastest times.
The Brainerd boys filled nine of the top 10 finishes.
Neifert paced the field on both runs for a combined 45.43. Gavin Hoelzel finished second less than a second behind. Sean Baumann was third and Anthony Elsenpeter fourth.
