Area Baseball: Aitkin hits 6 doubles in win

AITKIN — Owen Miller notched two hits for three RBIs in Aitkin’s 15-2 win over Duluth Marshall Saturday, May 8.

Hunter Nissen tallied two hits with a double and three runs scored for the Gobblers. Landon Janzen ripped a double as a part of his two-hit game with a RBI.

Logan Olson went 2-3 with a double and an RBI.

Joey Simonson earned the win and pitched four innings with five strikeouts.

Hunter Hills and Jackson MacDonald also tallied doubles in the win for Aitkin.
