BAXTER — In a tale of two halves, the Lake Region Christian Hornets hung on to defeat Fourth Baptist 48-46 Friday, Feb. 19, in a Minnesota Association of Christian Schools.
Josiah McGaffey finished with 20 points and 14 rebounds for the Hornets, who scored 37 points in the first half, but just 11 in the second half. Meanwhile, Fourth Baptist tallied just 16 first-half points, but scored 30 in the second half.
Lake Region’s Phil Imdieke added 16 points and nine rebounds.
