Austin Young added 12, Tyler Manley 11 and Dylin Ackerman 10 for the Patriots, who outscored C-I 39-16 in the second half.
Jonathan Jacobson paced C-I with 15 points and Dakota Mitchell came off the bench to hit four 3-pointers and finished with 14 points.
