Area Boys Basketball: Patriots pick off Rangers with big 2nd half

PEQUOT LAKES--Vincent Miska led a balanced Pequot Lakes scoring attack with 13 points as the Patriots won their fourth straight game, 73-44 over the Crosby-Ironton Rangers in Mid-State Conference play Thursday.

Austin Young added 12, Tyler Manley 11 and Dylin Ackerman 10 for the Patriots, who outscored C-I 39-16 in the second half.

Jonathan Jacobson paced C-I with 15 points and Dakota Mitchell came off the bench to hit four 3-pointers and finished with 14 points.
