Area Boys Basketball: Pequot powers past Gobblers

AITKIN--Jordan Schommer posted a game-high 20 points to lead the Pequot Lakes Patriots past the Aitkin Gobblers 72-48 in Mid-State Conference action Thursday.

Chase Larson added 11 points, while Austin Young and Tyler Manley finished with 10 each for the Patriots who are unbeaten in the conference at 5-0.

DJ Haasken led the Gobblers with 18 points and Hunter Moe contributed 10.
