Area Boys Golf: Seeling, Patriots score 2nds at Pokegama

GRAND RAPIDS — Tyler Seeling’s scoreboard was riddled with birdies Friday, April 30, as the junior fired a second-place 3-over 74 to lead the Pequot Lakes Patriots to second at the Grand Rapids invite at Pokegama Golf Course.

Seeling was cruising along with birdies on the second, eighth, 10th and 13th hole to find himself 1-under through 15 holes.

Cooper Johnson shot an 80 followed by Hunter Nybakken’s 85 and a 90 from Ethan Thomas.
