BREEZY POINT-Josh Maucieri netted two goals and assisted on a third for the No. 7 Northern Lakes Lightning who defeated the No. 10 Red Lakes Falls Eagles 5-1 in Tuesday's Section 8-1A play-in game.
Garrett Westlund, Zach Spalj and Maverick Engstrom also found the back of the net for the Lightning, who beat the Eagles 10-0 during the regular season.
Goalie Matt Stangel was credited with 20 saves for Northern Lakes, which outshot the Eagles 46-21.

LITTLE FALLS-Adam Swenson's goal a little more than four minutes into a second overtime lifted the No. 5 Fergus Falls Otters to a 4-3 upset over the No. 4 Little Falls Flyers in Tuesday's Section 6-1A quarterfinals.

Remington Retka netted two of the Little Falls' goals and Devon Young scored the other.
Goalie Justin Pekula had 27 saves for the Flyers.
Fergus Falls held a 13-2 shots-on-goal advantage in the two overtime periods after being outshot 23-18 during regulation.
Little Falls beat the Otters twice in the regular season 1-0 and 5-1 and finishes 15-10-1.
