Also netting goals for the Lightning were Derek French, Jack Gangl, Maverick Engstrom, Garrett Westlund and Jared Holm.

Goalie Matt Stangel was credited with 12 saves and an assist on the final goal for Northern Lakes which outshot the Bearcats 41-13.

The Lightning beat Kittson Central 4-1 on Dec. 5 and are 6-6-2.

MONTICELLO-Landon Bjorge netted a goal and assisted on the other three in the Little Falls Flyers' 4-1 victory over the Monticello/Annandale/Maple Lake Moose in a non-conference game Friday.

Also scoring for the 13-2 Flyers were Hunter Swanson, Riley Scanlon and Braden Backowski.

Little Falls outshot the Moose 32-29 with goalie Justin Pekula registering 28 saves.
