BREEZY POINT — Mason Doble, Gabe Hirsch and Matt Filippi found the net with three of Little Falls 51 shots in a 3-2 win for the Flyers over Northern Lakes Tuesday, Dec 17.
After a scoreless first period, Andrew Villarreal put the Lightning on the board. Doble and Hirsch responded with goals to give Little Falls the 2-1 lead after the second period.
Shane Donovan of the Lightning notched his 101st career point to start the third period and Filippi scored the final goal for the Flyers.
Kyler Couture tallied 24 saves for Little Falls and Andler Hoagland kicked away 48 shots for the Lightning.

LONG PRAIRIE — Kade Woods scored two goals in the third period for Wadena-Deer Creek in a 3-2 loss to Prairie Centre in a non-conference game Tuesday, Dec 17.
Woods first goal came at the 11:57 mark on an assist from Dalton Moyer and Lleyten Pettit.
Woods second goal at 16:37 was assisted by Austyn Oothoudt.
