MAHNOMEN - Tom Pavek scored twice and Jake Worms found the end zone after three long runs to lead Class 1A's top-ranked and two-time defending state champion Mahnomen past the Pillager Huskies 55-0 in the regular season finale for both teams Wednesday.
Mahnomen is 36-0 over the last three seasons and have beaten Pillager the last four seasons by a combined 190-6.
Ryder Hunstad completed 7 of 18 passes for 119 yards with one interception for Pillager and Dilllan Eischeid led the Husky ground game with 32 yards on five carries.
Mahnomen rushed 54 times for 425 yards.
