UNDERWOOD - Dillon Card threw two touchdown passes to help the Verndale Pirates defeat the Underwood Rockets 14-13 in overtime in Friday night's Pheasant Conference game.
Colter Ehrmantraut rushed for 110 yards and received one of Card's passes for a touchdown. Zach Johnson also caught a touchdown pass.
On defense, James Kveton picked off the game's only interception.
Seth Zins kicked two extra points that were the game-winning difference.
