Verndale senior Ethan Orlando was named to the 9-Man All-State football team.
The 6-foot-1, 190-pound linebacker was named to the defensive team. He finished the season with 131 tackles (91 assists, 40 solo), 1 sack, 1 forced fumble and 1 fumble recovery.
Teammate Mitchell Blaha earned honorable mention.
