Staples-Motley junior Claire Wolhowe was selected the most valuable player of the Mid-State Conference.
Wolhowe helped the Cardinals to the conference championship with a 7-1 conference record. She was joined by senior teammates Kelsi Weite and Amber Robben on the all-conference team.
Pequot Lakes finished second in the conference standings with a 6-2 record and was represented on the all-conference team by senior Corina Ruud and sophomore Olivia Lane.
Junior Jami Nelson and sophomore Shyanne Loiland were named to the all-conference team from the third-place Crosby-Ironton Rangers.
Detroit Lakes' Abby Schramel and Mikayla Markuson and Park Rapids' Jaiden McCollum rounded out the all-conference team.
