Area Girls Basketball: Rangers outscore Cardinals

CROSBY - Abby Gindorff led all scorers with 15 points, and snatched nine rebounds, in a 41-31 Crosby-Ironton win over Staples-Motley in a Mid-State Conference game on Tuesday.

Cyan Hale scored 12 points and Jami Nelson collected 11 rebounds as the Rangers evened their conference record at 1-1.

Grace Wolhowe led the Cardinals in scoring with eight points and was followed by Kelsie Weite with seven.
