JORDAN - Maggie Heggerston shot a two-day 153 to finish third and lead the Pequot Lakes Patriots to a second-place finish in Saturday's Jordan Invite at The Ridges at Sand Creek.
Pequot tied with Lake City with a two-day 646, but landed in second after a scorecard playoff. The Patriots did beat Class 2A's three-time defending state champion Detroit Lakes, which finished third.
Alex Stone finished fourth with a 155 and Amanda Nies placed fifth with a 162. Bella Abear rounded out Pequot's top four scores with an 18th place 178,
