Hopp opened the scoring early in the first off an assist from Reece Ritter. Hopp scored early in the third unassisted, followed by and assist for a Ritter goal.
Mackenzie Och made five saves to push the Blue Devils to 12-11 on the season.

PAYNESVILLE-Caitlyn Gutzman registered the only goal for the Northern Lakes Lightning as they fell 5-1 to the River Lakes Stars Saturday, Jan. 26 in a Section 6-1A matchup.
Gutzman was assisted by Riley Fogarty and Ari LeMieur in the first period.
