MORRIS - Kenzie Christenson scored two goals for Prairie Center as the Blue Devils opened the season Tuesday night with a 6-1 victory over the Morris-Benson Area Storm.
Shelby Otte, Abby Ecker, Raeann Sutherland and MaKayla Woods scored the other Prairie Centre goals. Kylee Hopp and Abby Ecker each collected two assists for the Blue Devils.
Angela Hanson made 10 saves in the first two periods for PC. Mackenzie Och stopped eight shots in the third.

FERGUS FALLS - Goalie Alexa Holm made her varsity debut by making 33 saves for Northern Lakes as the Lightning opened the season with a 3-1 non-conference loss to the Fergus Falls Otters Tuesday night.
Bella Abear scored for the Lightning who were outshot 36-9.
