Area Girls Hockey: Lightning open season with shutout

ISANTI — Kate Stephens posted a shutout by stopping 39 shots as the Northern Lakes Lightning beat the Northern Tier Stars 2-0 Thursday, Nov. 11.

Jada Brodzinski and Jasmyn German tallied goals for the Lightning while Rose Aldridge and Ella Peterson each recorded an assist.
