Area Girls Soccer: Houdesk goal the difference for Flyers

ZIMMERMAN — Mikayla Houdesk assisted on one goal and then scored the game-winner for the Little Falls Flyers in a 2-1 Granite Ridge Conference victory over the Zimmerman Thunder Tuesday, Sept. 9.

Joelle Vacek posted the Flyers’ first goal assisted by Houdesk. Kendal Swantek assisted Houdesk’s goal.

Ana Steadman finished with 11 saves to preserve the victory and keep the Flyers unbeaten on the season.

The game was called early because of lightning.
