PEQUOT LAKES -- Courtney Boller improved to 16-0 for the season and the Pequot Lakes Patriots quickly dispatched the Glencoe-Silver Lakes Panthers 7-0 in a non-conference match Friday, Sept. 6.
The Patriots lost only two games in the match as they defeated all their opponents in straight sets. They improved to 15-1 for the season.
Megan Muller is 11-1 and Morgan Lueck is 14-2 in singles play. Madeline Sherman and Afton Crocker are 14-2 as a doubles team.

STAPLES -- Seventh-grader Corrine Olson and Kenzie Erickson, eighth grade, recorded their first varsity win at No. 3 doubles for the Staples-Motley Cardinals, who swept a pair of non-conference matches Friday, Sept. 6.
Staples-Motley defeated Roseau 6-1 and then switched its lineup around in a 7-0 win over Parkers Prairie. The Cards are 8-5 and have won four straight matches.
