Area Girls Tennis: Pequot Lakes blanks C-I and Duluth Marshall in opener

CROSBY — Pequot Lakes swept both matches 7-0 against Duluth Marshall and Crosby-Ironton in a triangular Thursday, Aug. 19, in Crosby.

Megan Muller went 2-0 at No. 1 singles for the Patriots as well as Kelbee Lampi and Lexi Peterson at No. 1 doubles.

Crosby-Ironton fell to Duluth Marshall 4-3. Monica Stokman, Ella Lewandowski and Sydney Roberts-Hailey Wynn all picked up wins for the Rangers.
