HASTINGS— Elizabeth Meschke of Cragun’s Legacy Courses fired a two-day 170 to tie for 11th in the championship flight of the MGA Women’s Mid-Amateur championship Aug. 29-30 at Hastings Golf Club.
Meschke fired rounds of 80 and 90.
Whitefish women
PEQUOT LAKES — Mary Dougherty claimed the first flight Wednesday, Aug. 25, during the low net game for the Whitefish Women’s 18-hole league.

Dougherty was followed by Helen McGrath and Claudia Pilot.
Paula Gulliford won the second flight with Lori Stegink in second and Joyce Fleck third.
Sherrie Adam captured the third flight. Connie Weber finished second and Nancy Einan placed third.
Pilot recorded two birdies. McGrath, Gulliford, Thersa Nelson and Nancy Schmidt each finished with one.
Adam, Fleck, Schmidt and Dawn Wiebush made chip-ins.
Madden’s men
EAST GULL LAKE — Steve Ogren, Daryl Ramey and Scott Juranek all shot 33 to tie for first place in the gross division of the one-man scramble event Thursday, Aug. 26, at Madden’s Resort.
