PAYNESVILLE-Maddie Dean won the all-around for the Little Falls Flyers who picked up their first win of the season, 122.45-120.35, over the Paynesville Bulldogs Thursday, Jan. 10 in a Granite Ridge Conference matchup.
"This was our first win of the season and coming off of a long break to get new skills and gain more difficulty, it was a good night," said Flyers head coach Rachel LeBlanc. "There is a lot to clean up and much improvement to be made in connections and beam sticks, but I'm very proud of the team in their hard work and improvement in the gym."
Both Kali Schirmers and Dylann Boser earned season-high scores on bars placing first and second respectively. Ashley Hagen achieved a season-high score on beam placing second while Dean and Dylann Boser were first and second in the all-around.
