PARK RAPIDS -- Cole Hiltner fanned 11 hitters to pick up the win in a 10-2 victory over Mora in the opening round of the West Division II Tournament Saturday, July 20.
Hiltner pitched 5 2/3 innings. He allowed two earned runs on two hits and five walks. Josh Doss got the save.
Hiltner also finished 2-3. Ty Sweson, Tytan Skeesick and Sam Jensen all collected two hits.
Pillager advanced to face top-seeded Wadena and ran into Justin Dykhoff who struck out 11, 1alked one and allowed one run on five hits to hand Pillager a 3-1 loss.
Sam Jensen suffered the loss. He allowed one earned run on three hits. He doubled home Griffen Decker for a 2-1 score in the sixth inning.

Josh Doss posted two hits and Swenson collected Pillager’s other hit.
