PILLAGER -- Sam Jensen, Ty Swenson and Josh Doss combined for a three-hit shutout to pitch Pillager to a 2-0 victory over Pierz Tuesday, July 16.

Swenson collected the win as he pitched two innings. He allowed two walks and no hits and struck out one. Doss pitched the final three innings to earn the save. He allowed two hits and three walks and struck out three.

Pillager’s Dalton Barrett singled in the second inning. Jenson followed with a double and Doss and Swenson both hit two-out, RBI singles for Pillager’s two runs.
