CROSBY — Crosby-Ironton’s Mya Decent was 3-3 with a triple, and three runs scored as the Rangers beat the Pine City Dragons 13-4 Friday, April 16.

Kaylee Mahowald and Josie Schaefer each finished with three hits and a run scored. Mahowald also drove in a run. Jocelyn Glomski was 2-4 with two runs scored and Kathryn Kovatovich was 2-5 with two runs scored.

Gweneviere Rosecrans struck out nine for the complete-game victory.

PIERZ — Pierz’s Emily Dehler and Tori Wagner each recorded solo home runs and Erika Dickmann was 2-2 with a two-run home run for the Pioneers as they defeated St. Cloud Cathedral 11-1 in a Granite Ridge Conference game Friday, April 16.

Kiara Olesch was 3-4 with three runs, an RBI, a triple and double.

Wagner posted the win. She allowed one unearned run on four hits and a walk. She struck out five.
