Area Softball: Pillager doubles up PR-B

PILLAGER--Sam Macheel finished 4-4 with a home run, two RBIs and three runs scored helping the Pillager Huskies double up Pine River-Backus 12-6 in Thursday's non-conference game.

PILLAGER-Sam Macheel finished 4-4 with a home run, two RBIs and three runs scored helping the Pillager Huskies double up Pine River-Backus 12-6 in Thursday's non-conference game.

Hailea Books went 4-4 with three runs. Kylie Woidyla was 2-4 with two runs, a triple and a run scored. Samantha Thomas finished 2-3 with four RBIs and a run scored.

Bailey Wynn finished 2-3 with two runs, two triples and two RBIs and Emma Mills hit a two-run double for the Tigers.
