PARK RAPIDS - Miah Hansen pitched all seven innings and recorded 10 strikeouts in the Pine River-Backus Tigers' 9-2 win over the Bagley Flyers at the Park Rapids Tournament Saturday.
Hitting highlights for the Tigers against Bagley were Olivia Davidson going 2-4 with an RBI, McKayla Riedel with two runs, three RBIs, and a stolen base and Ariel Ronneberg tripled.
Park Rapids no-hit the Tigers 14-1 in Game Two. Liz Downie doubled for the Tigers in a 3-1 loss to Sebeka.

FRAZEE - Ashley Crider went 3-3 with three RBIs during the Staples-Motley Cardinals' 11-8 win over the Pelican Rapids Vikings in their last game of the Frazee Tournament Saturday.
The Cardinals lost to Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton 10-1 and to Wheaton 13-3. Against DGF, Lisa Kossan went 2-3 for the S-M.
