HILL CITY - Kaitlyn Johnson was 3-3 with two home runs and four RBIs to lead the Crosby-Ironton Rangers to a 14-4 victory over Northland, C-I's first win in 25 games, during Saturday's Hill City Tournament.
Sarah Russell allowed four runs, one earned, and two walks while striking out seven.
Jess Arneson was 3-3 with a double and two RBIs for the Rangers.
C-I fell to Hill City 9-7 in the championship game.
Arneson was 3-3 with a triple and two RBIs in Game Two and Becca Sharp went 2-3 with two RBIs.
