BEMIDJI-Reid Pierzinski won three individual events for the Pequot Lakes boys team which finished third out of 20 teams in the Bemidji Little Amik indoor meet Tuesday at Bemidji State University.
Pierzinski turned in the fastest times in the 60-meter hurdles, 400 dash, and out-jumped the field in the triple jump.
Also posting wins for the Patriot boys were Ben Nelson (long jump), Addison Harrington (pole vault) and the 4x400 relay.
The second-place Pequot girls team received first-place finishes from Chloe Bermel (60 dash), Desera Engholm (discus), Addie Hubbard (long jump), Britt Kratochvil (high jump) and the 4x400 relay.
Samuel Moore turned in the longest throws in the discus and shot put for the Bertha-Hewitt/Verndale boys who finished seventh.

Konnor Steuve won the 60 dash for the sixth-place Wadena-Deer Creek boys and Liz Peterson topped the field in pole vault for the 12th-place W-DC girls.
