PILLAGER — Jessa Kimman of Pillager finished first in the 100 meter hurdles and second in the 300 meter hurdles, while Pine River Backus’s Kyosuke Marcum grabbed first place in the triple jump and second place in the high jump and 100 meter dash in a Park Region Conference meet Thursday, April 15, at Pillager.
The Huskies boys finished first in the 4x100 and second place in the 4x200. Ethan Posner finished first in the high jump and Quintin Laveau came away with first place in the long jump. Second-place finishes went to Tim Moyer in the 110 meter hurdles, Brayton Kriegl in the 400 meter dash, Kobe Schltz for the 300 meter hurdles, Abe Posner in the 300 meter hurdles and Abe Posner in the shot put.
Finnegan O’Dell finished first in the pole vault and Nathan Nations grabbed the second spot in the 1600 meter run for the Tigers boys.
The Huskies girls received first place finishes from Macyn McBroom in the pole vault, Hailee Colgrove in the discus and a team first-place finish in the 4x100.
Lindy Cordes recorded a second-place finish in the 1600 meter run and Tahlia Craft took the No. 2 spot in the pole vault.
