Athletics: 15 Warriors to sign letters of intent

There will be a college signing day program at Brainerd High School Wednesday.

The Brainerd Warriors activities department is hosting a college signing day 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 14 in the High School gymnasium.

Scheduled to sign their national letters of Intent will be Griffin Rushin (basketball, St. John’s), Macey Whitlock (Gustavus Adolphus, swimming), Tristan Dawson (Missouri Science and Technology, swimming), Taylor Larson (Bemidji State, hockey), Grace Peabody (Central Lakes, volleyball), Madison Genz (St. Kate’s, volleyball and track and field), Karlie Anderson (Jamestown College, volleyball), Caden Schoeppner (University of Wisconsin River Falls, football), Forrest Gibson (Wahpeton School of Science, football), Gabrielle Hannah (Hamline, track and field), Emma True (Wartburg College, track and field), Zakia Herron (Central Lakes, softball), Erin Hoelzel (Northern Michigan, Alpine skiing), Lily Jones (Bemidji State, tennis) and Emma Booth (University of Wisconsin Superior, hockey).
