It was a Warrior Week as four Brainerd Warrior athletes were named Central Lakes Conference Performers of the Week.
Senior forward Mitchell Degen was named the Boys Basketball Defensive Player of the Week after collecting four steals and a blocked shot in one game last week.
Senior point guard Myah Nelson was named the Girls Basketball Defensive Player of the Week after finishing with six rebounds, six deflections and four steals in one game last week.
Senior Liliana Schaeffer was named the Girls’ Nordic Skier of the Week after winning the Detroit Lakes Invite. It was her second win of the season.
Senior Cade Rosenwald was named the Boys’ Swimmer of the Week after winning two individual events and being part of a winning relay in Brainerd’s season-opening meet.
