Athletics: Booster meeting set for noon

The Brainerd Sports Boosters meet most Thursdays during the school year.

The Brainerd Sports Boosters will hold its weekly luncheon noon Thursday, Oct. 27, at the Brainerd American Legion on Front Street.

The group will host the Central Lakes College Raiders volleyball team. This week’s Athlete of the Week, Nolan Thiesse of the Brainerd Warriors boys’ cross-country team, will be celebrated next week as the Warriors will be competing in the Section 8-3A Championship in Bemidji.
