ST. MATHIAS โ The over 60 St. Mathias Harvest split their doubleheader with the Apple Valley Cardinals Saturday, Aug. 13.
Steve Athman hit the walk-off home run for the Harvest in their 3-2 win in Game One. Gary Thompson earned the win on the mound.
Terry Brink got tagged with the loss in Game Two as the Harvest fell 5-4. Brink led the Harvest with six hits over the two games.
The Harvest will next play Sunday, Aug. 21 at St. Michael.
