Shortstop Tristan Brecht was named the most valuable player of the Brainerd Warriors baseball team this season.
Brecht led the team with a .405 batting average. He contributed 18 RBIs, eight doubles and two home runs and was named to the All-Central Lakes Conference and the scholar All-CLC teams.
